A one-person studio making personal AI tools. Working from a small flat in Manchester, with a kettle that runs all day and the radio quietly on.
Ari Labs is what I do in the evenings and on weekends. It started in 2025 with Aricode — a small CLI agent I wanted for my own work — and grew, slowly, into a family of four small apps.
There are no investors. There is no team. No pitch deck. No "go-to-market". I'm not trying to scale Ari, I'm just trying to finish it — one well-made tool at a time.
The apps are free because I'd rather they get used than get paid for. The only things you can buy are cosmetic — paper textures, type pairings, app icons. Buy them if you like the look. The software stays free.
Ari Labs isn't a company yet, and might never be. I'm not looking for co-founders, employees, contractors, or investors — just users who want what I'm making. If you've enjoyed Ari, the best thing you can do is tell a friend.
